Hot water or a hairdryer to soften the plastic gently then bend carefully!!

Old belt snapped in October so had to use the new one on the old armour....and a hand plate snapped so need to replace both really cos the old armour is going to be reborn at some point!  Very Happy

I buy plastic card from a model shop as its a little more flexible and it isnt expensive

its about 1,5mm thick. I pay 90p for a sheet about A4 size

As its flexible it doesnt snap when you punch the hole for the snap fixing and it moulds easily to the shape of the armour.

Last time I cleaned the guy out of his stock...well you never know when there might be a shortage! Plus its handy for reinforcing and carrying out repairs when the armour starts to crack around the edges
